Leaving Lençóis on the Ribeirão do Meio trail
We set off on foot at 7am along the Ribeirão do Meio trail.
Serra do Veneno climb to Toca da Onça
Up to Toca da Onça, with a snack break.
Palmital and Capivara waterfalls
Swims at two waterfalls along the way.

To the base of Serra do Macaco
We leave at 8am for the base of Serra do Macaco, on the Capivara river. Gear stays at base camp.
Fumaça Falls from below
Arriving at the foot of Fumaça, time to take it in, then back to camp.

About 3 hours up to the Fumaça viewpoint, from the top.
Trail to the village of Caeté-Açu
The descent and final walk to the village of Caeté-Açu.
