Lençóis - Pantanal marimbus
At 8h, we leave Lençóis heading to the quilombola community of Remanso, about 20 km away. Including the river paddling distance and the walk, it adds up to 12 km.
Pantanal Marimbus: Caldeirões do Roncador
There, we board canoes along the Santo Antônio River, paddling for about 9 km until reaching the Roncador River. It takes around 2 hours crossing serene waters, aquatic vegetation, and landscapes of singular beauty. During the paddle, we offer coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies, a treat to warm the body in the midst of nature.

Caldeirões do Roncador
Between rocks sculpted by time, the Caldeirões do Roncador reveal natural pools reminiscent of the famous Caldeirões do Serrano, in Parque da Muritiba. Here, the water creates its own natural whirlpool, inviting your body to slow down and your senses to awaken. You will have two hours to swim, relax, and feel the living energy of Chapada Diamantina, at nature's own pace.
Caldeirões: local restaurant: Lençóis
After bathing in the natural pools, we will stop at a local restaurant to enjoy delicious homemade food, celebrating regional cuisine and directly supporting the community's economy. Following this moment of rest and authentic flavors, we will return to Lençóis, with arrival scheduled around 16:30.
