How we take care of your data

Psy Trekking only collects what is needed to organize your trip. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we keep

• When you tap a WhatsApp button on this site: the trek, date and group size you chose, the page you came from and a booking code. We do not store your IP address, only a fingerprint of it that cannot identify you, used to prevent abuse.
• When you chat with us on WhatsApp: your display name, number and messages, so anyone on the team can pick up the conversation.
• On the trip form, if you fill it in: how you will arrive, your flight (only with your permission), dietary restrictions, an emergency contact and preferences.

What we use it for

Only to plan and run your trip safely: confirm dates, arrange transfers and lodging and look after you on the trail. We never sell or share your data for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the Psy Trekking team, each with their own login, and partners who need a piece of information to do their job (for example, the transfer driver gets your name and arrival time).
